Custom made to your measurements. Length to 47" with Ruffles.
140" circumference at hemline.
Constructed with shirting cotton. This is a very high thread count fabric. It is soft but sturdy. It is opaque. The lighter the color the less opacity .
Think very high quality men's dress shirt. Fabric is preshrunk. Natural fibers do fade and shrink when washed in warm/hot water or over dried.
This is not a costume quality garment. It is a garment folks costume in. It exceeds commercial construction standards for daily wear garments.

Measurements Required For Skirts:
1.) Waist: Measure around natural waist (Where the body naturally indents).
2.) Hip: Measure around the hip or midsection, whichever is largest.
3.) Length: Measure from your waist to where you want hem line to end. Length to 47" with ruffle.
4.) Choose Elastic or Draw Waistline.
5.) Your height barefoot.
**Pocket Option: Pockets are an additional option that do increase the price. Pockets are simple side insert pockets. Depth will be approximately above wrist on the average person.
